Rooftop solar panel array at sunrise on a large building

The sun is free.
Your electricity isn’t.

From our base in Thrissur, AeaJay Energia designs, supplies and installs solar power systems for homes, businesses and industry across Kerala. Honest sizing, components chosen to last, and the subsidy paperwork handled for you.

Services

Three scales,
one standard of work

The engineering approach does not change. What changes is the scale, the roof structure, and how the system meets your load.

Residential

For the house that keeps getting a bigger bill

Grid connected rooftop systems for houses and apartments. Best suited to households paying more than Rs 3,000 a month. We handle the KSEB net metering application and the PM Surya Ghar subsidy claim on your behalf.

  • Net metering with KSEB
  • Central subsidy assistance
  • Mounting suited to Kerala roofs and rain

Commercial

Where the load runs while the sun is up

Systems for shops, offices, schools, hospitals and hotels. Daytime demand is high, which is exactly when the panels generate, so the payback here is usually the fastest of the three.

  • Sized around your working hours
  • Reduces exposure to peak tariffs
  • Installed with minimal disruption to trade

Industrial

Built for continuous load and long life

Large rooftop and ground mounted systems for factories, warehouses and processing units. Structural assessment comes first, because at this scale the mounting matters as much as the panels do.

  • Rooftop and ground mounted
  • Structural assessment included
  • Specified for high, continuous demand

Start with the
number you know

Your monthly bill is enough to get a rough picture. This is a starting point for a conversation, not a quote. The real figures come from standing on your roof.

Drag the slider or type the amount. Use your KSEB bill. If you are billed every two months, enter half.

Our approach

A solar system is not a product. It is a structure you live under for twenty five years.

It sits on your roof through every monsoon and every summer. The mounting, the cable routing, the earthing and the inverter placement decide whether it still performs in year fifteen, long after the sales conversation is forgotten.

That is where the effort goes. We would rather tell you a smaller system is the right one than sell you a larger one that never pays back.

  • Honest sizing

Based on your bill history and roof area, not on what is easiest to sell.

  • Paperwork handled

We prepare and follow up the PM Surya Ghar application so you are not chasing it.

  • Components that last

Panels, inverters and mounting hardware chosen for the Kerala climate, not the lowest bid.

  • Reachable afterwards

Cleaning guidance, performance checks, and help if something needs attention.

How it works

From first call
to a working system

  1. 01

    Talk to us

Call, message or fill in the form. Tell us roughly what you pay and what kind of property it is.

  2. 02

    Free site visit

We look at the roof, the shading, the meter and the wiring. No charge, no obligation.

  3. 03

    Written proposal

System size, component list, total cost, subsidy you qualify for, expected payback. In writing.

  4. 04

    Installation

Structure, panels, inverter and wiring installed by our team, with disruption kept to a minimum.

  5. 05

    Approval and handover

We complete the KSEB net metering process and the subsidy claim, then walk you through the system.

Common questions

Things people ask before going solar

Still unsure about something? Call and ask. There is no script.

Cost depends on system size, roof type and the components you choose. A typical residential system is priced per kilowatt, and central subsidy under the PM Surya Ghar scheme reduces the amount you pay. We give you a written quote after a free site visit so you know the real number before you commit.

Most residential consumers with a valid KSEB connection and their own roof are eligible. The subsidy is credited to your bank account after installation and inspection. We handle the application and the paperwork as part of the project.

With a grid connected system under net metering, the units your panels generate are set against the units you draw from KSEB. Most households see their bill fall to a small fixed charge. The exact result depends on your consumption pattern and system size.

A standard residential rooftop installation is usually completed within a few days once materials are on site. Approval and net meter installation from KSEB adds to the overall timeline. We tell you the expected dates up front.

Yes. Output drops on heavily overcast days but the system keeps generating. System sizing accounts for seasonal variation across the year, and net metering lets your surplus from sunny months offset the monsoon months.

Very little. Panels need periodic cleaning to keep output up, and the inverter and connections should be checked once or twice a year. We walk you through the routine at handover and are available if anything needs attention.
